DIRECTOR

President Director. Mr. Dennis Pratistha, Ph.D. in Information Technology (Monash University, Australia), Bachelor Honours of Computing (Monash University, Australia)
  • Mr. Pratistha was recognized among the best students to graduate from the Faculty of Information Technology at Monash University for the 1999-2002 periods. In 2002 he completed his Bachelor of Computing with First Class Honours and acknowledged as part of the top graduates. With this achievement, the Australian government awarded him with the Australian Postgraduate Award (APA) scholarship to undertake his Doctoral of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in the field of Computer Science at Monash University. His submitted his Ph.D. dissertation and subsequently completed the degree in 2006
  • Dr. Pratistha was a teaching staff at Monash University for four years and subsequently worked as a System Architect and Project Manager at iComply Pty Ltd.
  • Dr. Pratistha was also active undertaking research projects in the field of information technology at Monash University and presenting his works at several respected international conferences.

 

Operational Director. Mr. Bhaskara Ananda
  • Mr. Ananda commenced his career as an Information Technology staff in Citra Marga Nusapahala Persada (CMNP). During this period he was involved in the development of several internal software systems as well as updating the entire IT infrastructure and network infrastructure for both head office and operational office.
  • Mr. Ananda was then promoted to IT Supervisor. In this position he successfully managed and monitored the implementation of CMNP's network connection between head office and operational office and the integration of both their software systems. He also supervised the implementation of radio linkage from toll-booths to the operational office to enable real-time monitoring of traffic and data connection.
  • Mr. Ananda was also involved in the execution of a feasibility study to roll-out Fiber optics infrastructure along the inner-city toll road covering a total distance of 52.5 Km. This Fiber optics feasibility study was a joint operation between Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk and Jasa Marga.

 

Finance Director. Mr. Daniel Kuswandi

September 2001 - February 2003. Universitas Gajah Mada - Graduate School of Law Yogyakarta .  Graduated as Magister Hukum (MHum) Program in Business Law. September 1989 - April 1991.Bentley College Graduate School of Management, Waltham, Massachusetts, September 1988 - August 1989. The University of Rochester, New York, Program MBA - core courses.  MBA Program in Management Information System. January 1988 - August 1988.  San Diego State University, San Diego, California. Undergraduate courses and preparation for post graduate studies sponsored by the Harvard Institute for International Development (HIID) and American Language Institute (ALI). Spring and summer Semester.
  • Mr. Daniel as Associate Partner for Indonesia to the Sunnyland Holding Enterprise, a U.S.A. public listing company based in Virginia. Search, propose and evaluate investment in infrastructures in Indonesia.
  • Mr. Daniel as President Director of PT Iglas (Persero). Leading and managing a glass packaging industry of a state own enterprise and President of Commissioners of PT Iglas (Persero) representing Government of Indonesia (as shareholder) to supervise, advise and control the operation of the company.
  • Mr. Daniel as Co-Partner and Investment Advisor to the SAICIJ - Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Develop business and Investment relationships for the European Investors. Provide investment advisory services for the European Investors (Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, and Swiss).
  • Mr. Daniel as Vice President and Head of Corporate Business Development of Global Putra International (GPI) Group, a total Multinational transportation and logistic Enterprise. Design and develop transportation and logistics business and relationships with China (COSCO, China Merchant, China Shipping, etc) in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and other cities in China; Singapore (S-Net, Tran slink, Sembawang Group, and others); Hong Kong (Universal Consolidation Systems, Global Total Logistics and others); Kuala Lumpur, Philippine; USA, and other countries to develop international networks in transportation and logistics business.

 

COMISSIONER

President Commissioner. Mayjend TNI (Purn) Asman Akhir Nasution, Master of Science (Florida Institute of Technology, USA)
  • Mr. Nasution has held senior positions in the Telecommunication Industry with his last position as the President Director of Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom). Other senior positions include Infrastructure Director of Perumtel, Development Director of Telkom, Senior Advisor at Menteri Pariwisata, Pos and Telekomunikasi, and Commissioner of Telkom.
  • Mr. Nasution commenced his career in the Indonesian Armed Forces (TNI). He worked through the ranks in the military up to Major General with his last held position as KABINJIANBANGJEMEN SESKOAD before retiring and pursuing work in the telecommunication industry.
  • Mr. Nasution while still active in TNI held several positions in International Organizations, including President of the Tourism Working Group Indonesia/APEC, President of the Tourism Working Group APEC and Indonesian Delegation for United Nation Committee on Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (UNCOPUOS) Science and Technique.

 

Commissioner. Dr. Ketut Mardjana, Ph.D. in Business Management (Monash University, Australia), Bachelor of Accountancy (IIK)
  • Dr. Mardjana has held senior positions at the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises and the Ministry of Finance, including Director of Manufacturing Industries (The Ministry of SOEs) and Director of Information and Regulation of SOEs (Ministry of Finance) and was active in the development of the SOEs Law and coordination of communications between regional finance institutions, including ADB, APEC, IDB, and as researches in the field of SOEs.
  • Dr. Mardjana has been awarded ADB Best Executive 2001 and ASEAN Social & Economic Corporation Golden Awarded.
  • Dr. Mardjana has successfully married his Public Sector experience with the Private Sector. He has significant corporate and debt restructuring experience and in his recent professional live has achieved considerable success in his current role working with the domestic and international Debt and Equity Capital Markets Community.
  • Dr. Mardjana is currently Finance Director of Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk and is a Commissioner of PTPN XI, Jasa Sarana (Infrastructure Company) and former Commissioner of Indocement, Semen Gresik and Semen Tonasa.

President Commissioner. Mr. Fachry Ali, Master of Arts in Department of History (Monash University, Australia)
  • Mr. Fachry is currently Director of Lembaga Study Pengembangan Etika Usaha Indonesia (Institute for the Study and Advancement of Business Ethics, Indonesia) and has held highly respected and recognised positions for his research and writings of books, articles and essays on the political and social economic arenas. Mr Fachry is also a member of The National Committee for Corporate Governance and contributes writings to weekly news magazines and daily newspapers.
  • Mr. Fachry is well known and highly respected figure in the Indonesia political arena. He is recognized for his research work and opinions on public policy relating to social, economic and education matters.
  • Mr Fachry commenced his career with the Institute for Social and Economic Research, Education and Information rising to the position of Research Department Manager. Mr Fachry has also held the position of special editor for PT. Surya Persindoa and as a Guest Writer for The Non Aligned Movement Book for Culture Section.
  • Mr Fachry's writings include:

Commissioner. Ir. Adityawarman, Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Diponegoro University, Indonesia)
  • Ir. Adityawarman has held senior positions in the Indonesian toll road operators, including the Jagorawi Branch Manager and the Cawang Tomang Cengkareng Branch Manager at Jasa Marga, as well as Commissioner at Citra Marga Nusapahala Tbk.
  • Ir. Adityawarman has received the Honourable Award for his services and dedication with Jasa Marga.
  • Ir. Adityawarman is currently the Operational and Business Development Director at Citra Marga Nusapahala, and is a Commissioner at Citra Margatama Surabaya and Citra Waspphutowa.

Business Development Advisor. Dr. Nyoman Tjager, Doctor of Law (Gajah Mada), Master of Economics (Fordham, US), LLB (UGM)
  • Dr. TJager has held a number of senior positions within the Indonesian public sector as Head of Legal Bureau of Bapepam, Deputy Minister of Restructuring and Privatization in the Ministry of Investment and State-Owned Enterprises, Director General of State Owned Enterprises (Ministry of Finance) and Special Assistant to Minister of State-Owned Enterprises.
  • Dr. Tjager has been at the forefront of restructuring Public Sector Companies, enhancing efficiencies, good business practice and corporate governances.
  • Dr. Tjager currently also holds the positions of Vice President Commissioner of Indocement, Commissioners of Lippo Bank, and chairman audit committee of these two companies
